On this episode we interview Susan Pratt. Susan is a passionate vegan chef and mompreneur.
We have been curious about vegan cooking for a while now. We love trying out new plant-based recipes and have recently started to eliminate dairy from our kids diets. We were surprised that they transitioned so quickly and now ask for almond milk instead of cow's milk. It’s definitely a process with two husbands who are not quite ready to become fully vegan but we are loving learning and experimenting, and overall, strive to find balance in our diets (and lives!) by choosing plant-based as much as possible for us and our families.
We were thrilled to be able to learn more and interview Susan.
